On the ground

The people behind the promise

We turn collective generosity into monthly relief. Meet the organizers and volunteers coordinating direct assistance for human and animal welfare.

Our Founder

Rafael Diaz Tamariz

In 2025, Rafael founded Caring Causes to bridge the gap between willing donors and grassroots relief efforts. Driven by direct action, he ensures every monthly ledger is fully transparent.

By structuring aid for both human hardship and animal shelter conservation, Rafael keeps our operations focused entirely on immediate, local impact without administrative complexity.

Core Organizers

Organizing direct relief

Our small core team coordinates logistics, vets local grassroots partners, and maintains our absolute dollar-for-dollar financial ledger.

On the Ground

Powered by community

We don't just write checks. Our active volunteers pack the boxes, feed the shelters, and show up where the need is loudest. Direct action is our core foundation.

Volunteer Voice

Being on the ground with Caring Causes showed me what real transparency looks like. We see exactly where the funds go, and we see the immediate relief in our neighbors' eyes.
